青年胃癌的发病及临床病理特点

Incidence and Pathological Characteristics of Young Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的分析青年胃癌的发病及临床病理等特点,为青年胃癌的早发现、早诊断提供思路。方法对396例胃癌患者资料进行筛选和研究,对其中71例青年胃癌的发病及临床病理特点进行分析。结果青年胃癌男女比例接近,发病年龄女性低于男性。青年胃癌在发病中存在遗传倾向。上腹不适为其主要发病症状,症状不典型。青年胃癌恶性程度较高,且预后不佳。结论应提高对青年胃癌的认识及警惕性,积极早期检查,提高检出率。

Objective To analyze the incidence and characteristics of gastric cancer in young patients,and to explore the possibility to screen and prevent hereditary gastric carcinoma. Methods The data of 396 gastric cancer patients were screened and studied,and the incidence and characteristics of 71 young patients with gastric cancer were analyzed. Results The male and female youth had the similar incidence of gastric carcinoma. The average age of female was smaller than that of male. People with a hereditary background had a tendency to develop the disease at a young age. The main symptom was epigastralgia. The youth gastric cancer had higher malignancy rate and poor prognosis. Conclusions We should enhance the vigilance of youth gastric cancer and take early inspection with high risk group.
