摘要 挤出和注射相结合的挤注复合系统,是一种新型的塑化注射系统,提高了塑化注射的功能和性能。分析了不同形式的挤注复合系统的工作原理,论述了各自不同的成型加工的能力,研究了开发设计方面的要点,提出了进一步创新的建议,介绍了塑化注射量50000g的高效、高速、节能的大型挤注复合系统,为自主创新注射装置拓展了思路。 Combined with extrusion and injection properties, extruding injection complex system is a new type of plastics injection system, which has improved the function and performance of injected plastics. Analyzed the principles of different forms of extruding injection complex system, discussed the different molding ability, studied the main points of the development and design, put forward further innovation, introduced the large-scale extruding injection complex system of injection volume of 50 000 g with high-efficient and high-speed, energy-efficient, and expanded the thinking of injection devices for self-innovation.
