IT在城市基础设施管理中的应用现状及对策

Study on status quo and countermeasures of IT appliance on urban infrastructure management

首先分析了我国城市基础设施管理中存在的问题,然后分析了信息技术的应用现状,并简要分析了信息技术应用对城市基础设施管理绩效提升的内在机理,最后提出了相应对策:加快硬件建设、加强资源共享和数据挖掘、管理流程再造、优化控制权配置、建立和完善激励监督机制、提升组织学习能力、建立科学的城市基础设施管理绩效评价体系。

This paper analyzes the exiting problems of urban infrastructure management and the status quo of IT appliance,and then briefly analyzes the internal mechanism that how IT appliance can improve the performance of urban infrastructure management.At last,it gives out some countermeasures.
