摘要
研究间苯二酚-甲醛树脂在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶料中的应用。结果表明,间苯二酚-甲醛树脂替代间苯二酚应用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶料,硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,H抽出力和耐老化性能基本不变,胶料生热降低;成品轮胎耐久性能不变,解决了胶料在加工过程中出现的冒烟现象,减小环境污染。
The application of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in belt compound of TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in the belt compound of TBR tire instead of resorcinol,the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little, H pull-out force and aging resistance were similar,and the heat build-up of rubber compound reduced the endurance of finished tire changed slightly,the smoking of compound in processing was also avoided, and environmental pollution could be reduced.
