低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用

Application of low brass-plated 2+7×0.25HT steel cord in belt of LT radial tire

研究低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线在轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线的初始粘合性能与高铜镀层钢丝帘线相近,而老化后的粘合性能提高。将低铜镀层2+7×0.25HT钢丝帘线应用于轻型载重子午线轮胎带束层,生产工艺稳定,带束层粘合性能良好,成品轮胎各项性能达到企业标准要求。

The application of low brass-plated 2 ＋7 ×0. 25 HT steel cord in belt of LTR tire was in- vestigated. The results showed that, the initial adhesion property of low brass-plated 2 ＋7 × 0.25HT steel cord was similar to that of high brass-plated 2＋7 ×0.25HT steel cord,but the adhesion property after aging improved. The processibility and adhesion property of belt were good,and the finished tire met the enterprise criteria by using low brass-plated 2＋7 ×0.25HT steel cord.
