Studies were conducted on manufacture of high protein dried milk from wheat embryo syrup and cow milk mixtures.The product has the characteristics of containing large quality of lysine, glutathione,phospholipid,choline and unsaturated fatty acid which are usful to the health and can promote intelligence and prevent decrepitude.
