摘要
在分析目前国内乳品厂原地清洗控制系统的基础上，结合酸、碱、盐离子浓度检测控制仪，研制出基于工业控制计算机的ＣＩＰ设备监控系统。介绍了该系统的原理、组成及应用。
A computer CIP control system was worked out on the basis of analysis on present CIP control system in China ,combined with concentration test control for acid,alkali.The main principles and composition as well as the application of the system were introduced.
