摘要
选用了四个厂家生产的穿条式聚酰胺隔热条,建立了在不同温度条件下对隔热条进行横向抗弯曲力学性能的试验研究,结果显示在载荷速率为5mm/mim时更能真实反映隔热条的横向抗弯曲性能,进一步分析了隔热条内部应力和应力释放时间与耐疲劳的结合点,为测试隔热条在不同的条件下横向抗弯曲性能提供了可靠并实用的实验模型。
Thermal barrier strips from four manufactures were selected to test the lateral anti -bending mechanical properties at different temperatures. The results indicated that the lateral anti -bending properties were exhibited well as the loading rate was 5mm/min. The binding point of internal stress and the stress release time with anti - fatigue of the strips was also explored, which provided a reliable and useful model for testing the lateral anti - bending mechanical properties under different conditions.
