目的用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸粉中甘草酸的含量。方法色谱柱：内径4～6mm，长15—25cm的不锈钢管。填充剂为液相色谱用硬脂酸硅胶5～10um，流动相：稀乙醇（1～15）／乙腈混合液（3：2）；结果甘草酸在20．72—124．32μg／mL范围内有良好的线性关系，r=0．9999（n=5），平均回收率为97．08％。结论此法分离度高，重现性好，简便，准确，可用于止咳胶囊的质量控制.

By high -performance liquid chromatography, the content of Glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhizic acid powder was determined. The method was that chromatographic column was 4 -6 mm bore diameter, with length 15 -25cm of stain- less steel pipe, filler for liquid chromatography on silica stearate with 5 - 10um, and mobile phase dilute ethanol （ 1 - 15）/ acetonitrile mixture （3 ： 2）. The result indicated that there were good linear relationships between the mass concentrations and the peak areas of glyeyrrhizic acid in 20. 72 ~ 124. 32μg/mL range, r = 0. 9999 （ n = 5 ）, and the average rate of recovery for 97. 08%. This method was rapid, simple, and suitable for the quality control of relieve cough cansules.
