摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定甘草酸粉中甘草酸的含量。方法色谱柱:内径4~6mm,长15—25cm的不锈钢管。填充剂为液相色谱用硬脂酸硅胶5~10um,流动相:稀乙醇(1~15)/乙腈混合液(3:2);结果甘草酸在20.72—124.32μg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为97.08%。结论此法分离度高,重现性好,简便,准确,可用于止咳胶囊的质量控制.
By high -performance liquid chromatography, the content of Glycyrrhizic acid in Glycyrrhizic acid powder was determined. The method was that chromatographic column was 4 -6 mm bore diameter, with length 15 -25cm of stain- less steel pipe, filler for liquid chromatography on silica stearate with 5 - 10um, and mobile phase dilute ethanol ( 1 - 15)/ acetonitrile mixture (3 : 2). The result indicated that there were good linear relationships between the mass concentrations and the peak areas of glyeyrrhizic acid in 20. 72 ~ 124. 32μg/mL range, r = 0. 9999 ( n = 5 ), and the average rate of recovery for 97. 08%. This method was rapid, simple, and suitable for the quality control of relieve cough cansules.
