污泥干燥机在污泥干化焚烧工艺中的应用

Application of Sludge Dryer in the Technology of Sludge Drying Burning

污泥干化焚烧工艺综合考虑了污泥处置的可靠性、先进性、适用性、安全性与经济性等原则,将是现阶段我国一线城市污泥治理的主流工艺路线。本文通过对不同种类的污泥干燥机进行综合性能比较,推荐了作为污泥干化焚烧工艺的主流干燥机。国产干燥机在经过对国外同类设备的消化吸收后,今后将在国内污泥干化领域占据一席之地。

The sludge disposal＇ s principles of reliability, advancement, security, suitability and economic were comprehensively considered in sludge drying burning technology, which was the mainstream of process route in Chinese first line of municipal sewage sludge treatment at present stage. In this paper, different kinds of sludge drying machine were compared in performances, consequently, a dryer recommended used in sludge drying process. Domestic dryers were similar with foreign equipments, which would play a role in the field of sludge drying.
