摘要
分析了中国石化股份有限公司燕山分公司加氢裂化装置航煤冰点超标的原因。偶发事故造成航煤冰点波动,通过对反应进料性质、分馏产品切割和航煤组分的族组成进行分析,总结出导致此次事故中航煤冰点不合格的原因。结合装置自身特点,提出针对航煤冰点不合格的调整方案及改进措施。
The cause of the freezing point of the jet fuel exceeded in hydrocracking unit of the SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Petrochcmical Co. , Ltd. , was analyzed. The freezing point of the jct fuel was fluctuated by occasional accident. The cause of the unqualificd freezing point of the jet fuel in this accident was summarized by analyzing the quality and material of the reactor, and the cutting of production fractionation and the compostition of jet fuel. The adjustment and improvement measures were put forward combining the features of the hydrocracking unit itself.
