摘要
液柱塔脱硫技术,通过浆液上下两次同烟气接触,大大提高了浆液的吸收能力,这在特大型机组、高含硫煤质、高脱硫效率等方面有明显优势。该技术系统简单、性能稳定、运行可靠、能耗经济、适应广泛、维护方便,多年以来在欧、美、日等发达国家市场占有率连续排名第一,在我国也逐渐为广大用户所赞赏。吸收塔是石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺的核心设备,国内目前比较典型的石灰石-石膏湿法的吸收塔是喷淋塔和液柱塔,本文主要介绍了液柱塔(DCFS)技术。
