就环境监测工作实际，提出设立独立的内务管理员，负责实验室固定资产的日常管理和维护，相关仪器设备的采购和开箱验收工作，设备的日常清洁、定期维护、期间核查，建立仪器与分析消耗品的使用管理台帐，以提高实验室科学管理水平，提升分析质量。

Based on the actual work of the environmental monitoring, the independent home affair administrator should be established to take charge of the daily management and maintenance of fixed assets in the laboratory, the procurement and acceptance of the related equipments, the daily cleaning and the periodic maintenance of the equipments, as well as the intermediate checks. And the management accounting of the use of the instruments and analysis consumables also should be established. Thus the level of the scientific management of the laboratory can be raised and the analytical quality can be enhanced.
