摘要
利用GZ-1型热风干燥试验台对低浓度糖盐混合溶液渗后胡萝卜丝进行单困子试验,初步确定了物料干燥过程中的临界水分值,得出不同风温、风速下的薄层脱水模型。
In this paper, test and research on the air-drying performance for carrot slit after osmosis lower concentration solution (sugar+NaCl) were conducted on the air-drying trst desk (Model GZ-1). The CMC (critical moisture content) of the material during dehydration was obtained, and the dehyration model of different air temperatures and airflow velocities were presented.
