摘要
本文叙述了销齿传动的工作原理,推导出销齿传动中啮合重叠系数≥1的数学表达式,肯定了在一定条件下销击中的齿轮齿数较少时仍能满足重叠系数≥1,并指出在包装机械中运用销齿传动的优越性。
This paper describes the principle of the working of pin gearing, infers the mathematical expression: overlap caefficien≥1, proves that under certain conditions when there is a smaller number of teeth, the expression of overlap coeffcient≥1 is still valid, and finally concludes by indicating the advantages of application of pin gearing in the packaging machinery.
