摘要
本文介绍了不同类型酸奶饮料的生产工艺及酸奶机的总体结构，并运用可编程控制器研制了一套酸奶机自动控制系统，同时介绍了此系统的组成及控制软件的算法思想。
The process of various acidulating milk and the structure of acidulating milk machine are introduced in this paper. A acidulating milk machine control system is developed using programmable controller. And the system and its control software's algorithm are forward.
