摘要
以抗虫棉品种为材料,研究了不同浓度水杨酸(SA)浸种不同时间对棉花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,低浓度(0~0.2mmol/L)SA能够显著提高棉花种子发芽率和发芽势,大于0.2mmol/LSA处理对种子的发芽促进作用呈下降趋势,高浓度(〉1.0mmol/L)SA处理对种子的发芽呈抑制作用;在同一SA浓度下,浸种时间为24h较48h发芽率高。研究认为水杨酸浸种对棉花种子的萌发有一定的影响,0.2mmoL/LSA浸种24h对提高棉花种子发芽率最好。
Tile effects of seed -soaking with different concentrations of salicylic acid (SA) on the seed germination of insect -resistant cotton were studied. The results showed that low concentration of SA (0 -0.2 mmol/L) could significantly increase the germination rate and germination potential of cotton seeds, and high concentration of SA ( 〉 1.0 mmol/L) significantly suppressed the germination of cotton seeds. Under the same concentration of SA, the seed germination rate in the treatment whose seed - soaking time was 24 h was higher than that in the treatment whose seed - soaking time was 48 h. This experiment indicated that soaking the seeds of insect - resistant cotton with 0.2 mmol/L SA for 24 h was the best for the seed germination.
