摘要
以文心兰茎尖为外植体,研究了不同糖浓度对文心兰各生长发育时期的影响。结果表明:糖浓度为3%、2%和4%的培养基分别最适合于文心兰原球茎增殖、不定芽诱导及生根培养。
Using the shoot tip of Oncidium as the explant, the paper researched the effect of sucrose concentration on the growth and development of Oncidium, in tissue culture. The results showed that the optimum sucrose concentration for the PLB proliferation, adventitious bud inducement and rooting culture of O,widium was 3% , 2% and 4% respectively.
