摘要
对红枣的热风干燥试验结果表明,温度是影响干燥速度的主要因素,风速和相对湿度也有一定的影响,而红枣的大小影响则很小,并建立了红枣在干燥过程中降水规律的数学模型。
Test and research on the drying of dates by airflow drying test bed were made and the effect of drying condition on moisture ratio was investigated. The results showed that air temperature had great effect on drying ratio, the velocity of air and relative humidity also influenced the rate, and size of dates had smaller effect on it. The mathematical model of drying rates had been formulated.
