评价了国内外果品分级设备的生产和使用情况、研究并开始应用的果实品质的无损伤检测设备,对国内外使用的水果清洗、打蜡设备进行了简要的分析和说明。
The production and application of the fruit calssification equipment especially the mondestructive inspection for the fruit quality was reviewed with the brief introduction to fruit washing and waxing equipment.
