甲级足球俱乐部后备队教练员队伍现状及对策研究

A research of the status quo and countermeasures of coaches in Premier Football Clubs’reserve teams in China

对我国甲级足球俱乐部后备队教练员队伍的现状进行调查,针对其存在的问题,提出了完善教练员培训制度体系和评价机制以及俱乐部要加强对后备队的资金投入、重视教练班子的建设等对策。

This article surveys the status quo of the coaches in Premier Football Clubs＇ reserve teams in China, and according to the problems existed in it,proposes some suggestions for their development, such as perfecting coaches＇ cultivation and evaluation system,increasing more spending on the reserve talents,and paying more attention to construct the coach team, etc.
