赣南闽西地区宗族规范取向的现代转型——基于新旧族谱的比较研究

Modern Transformation of Orientation of Clan Norms Based on the Comparison Between Contemporary Genealogies and the Past Ones in South Jiangxi and West Fujian

通过对赣南闽西地区一系列新旧族谱中族规族约的比较发现,伴随社会的变迁与转型,宗族的规范取向已发生了显著转变,体现了诸多的现代特征。表现在,规范的领域收缩,综合功能性宗族在向文化性宗族转变;对传统伦理道德的批判性继承,并赋予其符合时代特征的新意义;吸收了爱国、守法、平等、开放等现代价值规范取向,约束机制褪去强制性和惩罚性色彩,入谱承祧上突破了传统的男尊女卑以及狭隘的血统观等落后思想,增加了爱国主义和法制观念等公民道德教育的内容。这种转变启示我们,农村宗族不是一个静态的组织,而是可以与时俱进的。

Through comparing new clan norms with those of traditional clan norms, the author finds that the value of contemporary norms has some new changes when keeping some traditions. Contemporary norms keep some ethic traditions critically and selectively, they also display a lot new norm trends corresponding the times. Another improvement is genealogies have been more openly just that women and the men married into and live in wife＇ s Family. Moreover, some norms increase such contents as patriotism and civil moral training. The changes tell us that the clan is not a static organization but a changeable one with social changes.
