摘要 综述了生物表面活性剂的特性、分类及生产方法,重点介绍了几种生物表面活性剂在化妆品行业中的应用。指出,降低成本是未来生物表面活性剂研究发展的方向。 The structural characters, properties, sorts and produce methods of biosurfaetants were summarized. Several biosurfactants usually used in cosmetics were also introduced in detail. It pointed out that the development of biosurfaetant industry is reducing the production cost.
