摘要
通过调查与分析2005级即将下点实习的五年制临床医学专业的学生对外科职业的了解、外科从业意愿和对外科从医模式的认识,从教学和专业发展的角度分析调查结果,以期为医学教育探讨提供实证依据。调查结果表明,在医学基础课教学和见习教学中,使学生了解外科职业基本知识,促进学生对外科执业的深入了解,帮助学生建立从业意愿,利于外科专业的进步;加强全面素质教育,帮助学生实现全面平衡的外科从业理想,促进学科发展。
A questionnaire was designed to survey and analyze the knowledge, preference and career plan of surgical career in medical students enrolled in 5-year program just before the start of their intemship, in order to provide statistical basis for medical education. The results demonstrate that during preclinical medicine and clinical pre-intem training, understanding of general knowledge about surgical career would foster students' interest in surgery; quality education would help students fulfill their ideal clinic-research-teach career models, promote the development of surgery,
