速溶保健决明茶的研制

Research and production of instant healthy Jueming tea

以决明子、中低档绿茶为原料，研制成速溶保健决明茶。产品为棕黄色粉末，冲溶后汤色黄亮，香醇爽口，具有减肥保健效果。文章阐述了其生产工艺、配方和技术关键。

Instant healthy jue ming tea was developed with jue ming seeds and ordinary green tea as raw material. The product was a kind of brown yellow powder,and had a bright yellow after dissolved in hot water.The tea water tasted mellow and refreshing with the effect of reducing weight.The production operation,composition and key techniques were also provided in this paper.
