摘要
目的:探讨工作要求、控制源与医学院校辅导员职业倦怠的关系。方法:采用问卷调查的形式在浙江、江西两省随机抽取255名医学院校辅导员进行测试。结果:1.医学院校辅导员整体的职业倦怠水平低于中间值;2.辅导员的性别与所在学校类别是影响其职业倦怠的主要背景性因素;3.外控性辅导员更易产生职业倦怠;4.机遇、工作要求、内控性、有势力他人对职业倦怠有预测作用。结论:工作要求、控制源与医学院校辅导员职业倦怠有密切关系。
Objective: To explore the relationship between job demand, locus of control and job burnout of counselors in medical college. Methods: 225 university counselors were sampled from Zhejiang and Jiangxi province and investigated by questionnaires. Results. 1. The de- gree of career burnout of university counselors is not serious on the whole. 2. The main background factors influencing job burnout of university counselors are different in gender and in school type difference. 3. External control counselors are more likely to be affected. In addition, op- portunity, job requirement, internal control and relevant influential persons contribute to the prediction of job burnout. Conclusion: There is a deep relationship between job demand, locus of control and job burnout of counselors in medical college.
