摘要
浙江省农村幼儿教师继续教育主要存在上级教育主管部门监管力度不够、对农村民办幼儿教育投入严重不足、继续教育形式单一、内容陈旧等问题。建议浙江省教育部门和师资培训部门行使政府职能、优化激励机制、引入竞争机制、融入对话理念、加强过程监督,从而提高农村幼儿教师继续教育质量。
The main problems of the continuing education for the rural preschool teachers in Zhejiang Province are the week supervision of the higher educational department, the lacking investment of rural preschool education, simplex form of the continuing education and the obsolete teaching content. In order to improve the quality of the continuing education for the rural preschool teachers, the education departments and the teacher training departments should exercise their duties, optimize the stimulation system, introduce the competitive mechanism, integrate dialogue idea and enhance the supervision.
