摘要
桥式起重机是冶金企业应用最广泛的一种起重机械,其溜钩事故危险性较大。通过多年的工作实践,总结分析了溜钩的危害和产生的原因及应采取的防范措施,并提出了应用PLC及其变频技术防止发生溜钩事故的处理方案以及有关的安全管理。
Overhead travelling crane is one of the most widely used lifting machineries in the metallurgical enterprises, the accident of hook - slipping is very dangerous. In this paper, with the practice of many years, I summarized and analyzed the causes and preventive measures against the hook slipping hazards and proposed the ways of handing programs and related security management with application PLC and frequency conversion technology to prevent hook - slipping incident.
