基于目前国内现有资源节约、环境保护方面的评价方法和考核指标,借鉴国外较成熟的做法,综合考虑我国社会、经济和生态环境等因素,提出了建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会评价指标体系的初步构想,供参考。

Based on the present domestic evaluation and index of resource saving and environment protection , referring foreign successful experience , the lectors of our socity economy and ecology have been considered conprehensively. The preliminary proposal on social eveluation index system for resource saving ＆ environment kindness construction suggested for reference only.
