摘要
从基层工作实践角度,论述本单位在实施班组标准化建设过程中,从产量、质量、成本、现场管理四个方面,对员工的工作业绩进行细化考核,考核结果直接与职工的个人收入挂钩,从而调动员工的工作积极性,强化员工的责任意识,夯实企业的管理基础,带动了企业管理水平的全面提升。
Mainly talks about how to check the employee working outstanding achievement from the point of view of grass roots practice in fulfilling the group standardization construction. The employee working outstanding achievement checking is about the four aspect(output quality cost and management works). The employee income relates with checking result. So the employee positivity and responsibility and the enterprise groundwork management is upgradedo So induce the all - around advancing of enterprise management level.
