摘要
论述了用液化烃(丁烷和丙烷混合液)浸出啤酒花漫膏的过程,介绍在低温下(50℃以下)生产浸膏产品,保持啤酒花α─酸和β─酸的特性。
The author deals with the process of extracting beer nower slurry with liquefied hydrocarbon. This slurry is produced at a low temperature (- 50℃) and the properties of α- acid and β- acid are well kept in the beer flower. Therefore, the application of the product will be widened.
