关于体育组织建立信息主管体制的若干思考

To Set up SID for Sports Organizations

在阐述体育信息主管(SID)概念的基础上,分析了体育组织设立SID的必要性和当前体育组织SID所面临的困境。认为为推进体育组织信息主管体制改革,应当提高对信息主管体制的认识,提高体育组织管理水平,为实施信息主管体制创造良好的内部环境,应加强对体育信息主管SID人才的培养和培训,设立试点进行探索,逐步推进SID体制的建立。

Elaborating the concept of S/D, analyzing the necessity for sports organizations to set up SID and the difficulty, this study held that to promote the SID reform, we should enhance our understanding of SID, improve the sports organization＇s management, create a good environment for carrying out SID, enforce the personnel training, try to set up pilot project, press ahead with SID.
