摘要
从市场竞争状况、宏观经济状况、政治制度和竞技体育管理体制、社会文化战略等方面探讨了影响职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力形成的因素,认为职业体育俱乐部面临的战略环境以及职业体育俱乐部核心竞争力的形成与发展都处于不断变动之中,职业体育俱乐部必须依据核心竞争力发展不同阶段战略环境的变化,及时调整自己的战略。
This paper explored the factors influencing the core competitiveness of professional sports clubs from aspects as com- petitive market conditions, macroeeonomic conditions, political system, management of competitive sports, social and cultural development strategies. It held that the strategic circumstances confronting sports clubs and the formation and development of their core competitiveness are continuously evolving and changing; therefore, the clubs should comply with the changes in strategic circumstances in different stages of core competitiveness.
