大剂量苄星青霉素注射方法的研究

A study of injection of large dose of Benzathine penicillin

目的探讨提高大剂量苄星青霉素一次性注射成功率及减轻患者疼痛的方法。方法将400 例需肌内注射大剂量苄星青霉素的门诊患者,采用传统方法(溶媒为 0.9%氯化钠溶液 5 mL)和改良方法(溶媒为利多卡因注射液 5 mL)分侧注射,就一次性注射成功率、患者疼痛感及硬结产生情况进行对照研究。结果改良注射法组一次性注射成功率明显高于传统组(χ2=37.88,P<0.05),注射的疼痛程度、硬结数明显低于传统组(χ2=4.89,P<0.05;χ2=7.81,P<0.05)。结论改良法注射效果优于传统法,且可减少硬结产生;大剂量苄星青霉素分侧注射法,可达到其他方法注射普通剂量相同的效果。

Objective To investigate the methods of raising the achievement ratio of large dose benzathine penicillin by one time and to ease the pain of patients.Methods 400 cases of outpatients undertaken intramuscular injection of large dose of benzathine penicillin were randomly divided into the traditional group and improved group. Achievement ratio, painful feeling and induration forming were comparatively studied.Results The achievement ratio of the improved group was significantly higher than the traditional group （x^2=37.88 ,P〈0.05 ） ,the degree of pain of injection and the number of induration in the improved group was significantly lower than the traditional group （x^2=4.89,P〈0.05;x^2=7.81 ,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The improved method of injection of benzathine penicillin has an obviously advantage on the traditional method, and could reduce the forming of induration, and had identical effect compared with other method of injection.
