摘要
目的探讨大批量伤员院前急救方法,为突发大批量伤(病)员赢得急救"黄金1小时"。方法对两次大批量伤员(共34例)施行院前急救,快速查找、组织分工、现场施治及安全运送。结果34例伤员中8例急危、重伤员无1例死亡。结论及时、有效的院前急救,在抢救突发性大批量伤(病)员中能明显提高救治成功率和救治质量。
Objective To discuss the pre-hospital care for large number of wounded and win the＂golden one hour＂ for them.Methods Rescued large number of wounded（a total of 34 cases）with quickly finding,organizeing the division of labor, on-site treatment and safe transportation.Results None of the eight cases of seriously injured in 34 was dead.Conclusion Timely and effective pre-hospital care in emergency treatment of sudden large number of injuries（ disease ）can increase the success rate and quality of medical treatment effectively.
