摘要
为使校本培训少走弯路,有效地促进教师专业化发展,宁波市庄桥中心小学从本校的实际出发,实施"学习共同体"校本培训模式。共同体的创建首先要强化教师共建者、开拓者、推动者的意识。"学习共同体"模式需要创设多元的合作学习层次与方式,包括钻研学科业务的合作方式、践行理论研究的合作方式、丰富个人学养的合作方式。在构建"学习共同体"模式过程中,以人为本、宽松和谐的管理机制是保证校本培训走向成功的关键。
In order to avoid detours in school-based training and motivate teachers' professional development effectively, Zhuangqiao Central Primary School has been carrying out school-based training mode of leaning community from her own situation. Setting up a community should first intensify the sense of teacher co-founder, explorer and promoter. Learning community mode needs creating multivariate co- studying means, including cooperating ways of studying, applying theories and enriching personal qualities. During the process, people oriented and harmonious managing system is the key to succeed.
