摘要
报道了一种从蓝色犁头霉菌丝体细胞壁中提取壳聚精的简便方法。经72h发酵,壳聚糖产量占菌丝体干重的11.72%。纯度为89.36%,游离氨基为92.13%,1%壳聚糖的1%醋酸溶液粘度为230MPa·s,平均分子量为3×105,灰分为8.62%,水分为3.78%。
It reported a simple method for the lab-scale isolation Of chitosan from hyphal walls of Absidia coerulea. After fermentation for 72h, Chitosan showed a yield of 11. 72% of the dry weigyt of mycelia. Purity of such chitosan was 89. 36%, free NH2 was 92. 13%, viscosity was 230 MPa· s, average molecular weight was 3 × 105, ash was 8. 62% and water was 3. 78%.
