摘要
采用高氯酸氧化分解电镀不锈钢电解液中的各类有机添加剂和低价态干扰离子 ,用分光光度法测定电镀液中铁镍铬含量 ,测量方法简单、快捷、准确 ,镀液中其它组分以及铜杂质均对分析结果无明显影响 ,能满足工艺对镀液成分分析的要求 .
Perchloric acid was used to oxidate and decompose organic additions and low valance in- terferential ions in the stainless steel plating bath.Then the contents of Fe,Ni,Cr were determined by spectrophotometer.The experiment shows that the method is simple and reliable. Other compositions of the solution including Cu impurity do notmake a notable impactto the analysis.It was suited for the chemical analysis of Fe,Ni,Cr in stainless steel plating bath.
