新林区视角下的高等农林院校大学生综合能力培养的研究

Study on Comprehensive Ability Cultivation of the Students in Agriculture-Forestry Universities from Viewpoint of New Forest Regions

建设社会主义新林区是党中央做出的重大战略决策,也是高等农林院校发展的重要机遇。但是目前我国的高等农林院校在大学生综合能力培养方面存在明显问题,导致培养出的人才难以满足新形势的发展需要。对建设社会主义新林区形势下,高等农林院校人才培养的现状和存在的具体问题进行了分析。提出高等农林院校在培养大学生综合能力过程中要加强人才队伍团队建设,汇聚高素质人才;按照新林区建设的要求创新人才培养模式,为新林区建设培养和输送优秀的人才奠定坚实的基础。

Constructing new socialist forest regions is an important strategy made by central government. It is an important chance for the development of agriculture and forest universities. There is distinctive problem in cultivating students comprehensive abilities so that cultivated students can not meet the demand of the development of the new situation. This paper analyzes the present situation and specific problem in students cultivation in agriculture and forest universities. And it also puts forward that the construction of the talent person team should be reinforced in the course of cultivating students comprehensive abilities and gathering high quality talent persons. According to the requirement of constructing new forest regions and strategy of new model for cultivating talent persons, it hopes to lay solid foundation for cultivating and provides excellent talent person for new forest regions.
