Analysis of the Changes of Forestry Infrastructure Investment in China

收集1950—2005年中国林业基本建设投资的相关数据,并且运用投资周期理论对中国林业基本建设投资总量和结构的变动进行测定与分析,结果表明,中国林业基本建设投资总量增长和结构变化都存在着明显的周期性波动。近几十年,中国林业基本建设投资总量上持续稳定增长,营林基本建设投资的比重逐渐增加,森林工业产业向营林方向转变,进而提出了影响林业基本建设投资的四大因素。

Gathers statistics related to forestry infrastructure investment in china from 1950 determines and analyzes, by using investment cycle theory, the total volume and structural c to 2005, hanges of the forestry infrastructure investment. The result shows that obvious periodical fluctuation exists in both the total volume and structural changes of the infrastructure investment. The recent decades had seen a constant and stable growth in the total investment volume, a gradual increase in the proportion of investment in the cultivated forestry, and the transformation of forestry industry into cultivated forestry. Thus, four factors that influence the forestry infrastructure investment have been suggested.
