摘要 从碳源、碳汇、森林碳汇及林业碳汇的基本概念入手,以吉林省舒兰市森林资源数据为基数,重点对森林固碳中的土壤固碳和植被固碳进行了分析,同时对舒兰市的生态公益林的水源涵养、固土保肥、释放氧气、森林减灾等生态效益进行了测算。通过分析和测算,解决了舒兰市森林生态效益货币价值的量化问题。以舒兰市各项森林生态效益为例,得出实施森林生态效益补偿,为社会提供森林生态产品收入远远大于投入,是一项长远的社会公益性投入的结论。 Uses basic concepts about carbon source, carbon sequestration, carbon sequestration in forestry and forestry carbon sink trading along with forest sources data in ShuLan city, Jilin province. Emphasis analyzed the carbon sequence in the soil and vegetation of the forest resources. In addition, the benefit of ecological forest on the water conservation, soil reinforcement, release oxygen, and reduction in forest disasters has been analysed. Through the analysis and measurement of the ecological benefits listed above which it can deal with the ecological value and economic problems in Shulan city. The quantitative analysis of ecological benefits is the basic compensation for the forests ecological benefits. To sum up, the forest ecological benefit compensation strategy has a good return rate for forest ecological products and has a long term benefit for the society.
