Analysis of etiology and clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy

目的:对异位妊娠病因及临床治疗的效果进行分析。方法:对我院2006年1月～2008年12月收治的456例异位妊娠病例的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果:通过异位妊娠的发病情况、相关因素、诊断及治疗方法的分析,2008年比2006年异位妊娠与同期分娩、妇科之比显著升高,早期诊断比2006年明显提高,治疗比2006年取得的效果显著。结论:随着医疗水平的提高,对异位妊娠发生的有关因素应积极预防、早期诊断,合理治疗十分重要。

Objective： To study the etiology and clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： From January 2006 to December 2008, 456 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed relevant information. Results： Through the incidence of ectopic pregnancy, the relevant factors, diagnosis and treatment analysis, compared with the same period in 2006, in 2008 the ectopic pregnancy and childbirth, gynecological ratio and the early diagnosis were significantly markedly improved treatment results, and the effect was significant. Conclusion： With the improvement of medical standards, occurrence of eetopic pregnancy should be a relevant factor in the active prevention, early diagnosis, appropriate treatment is very important
