摘要
目的:探讨X线、MRI对乳腺癌的综合诊断价值。方法:分析经手术病理证实的30例乳腺癌患者X线、MRI的影像表现,分别从病灶形态学、钙化、淋巴结、皮肤及胸壁受累情况及信号特点、强化模式等方面进行分析和诊断,比较两种方法在检出率、诊断准确率、病灶范围的确定等方面的价值。结果:X线检出病灶26个,检出率为87.3%,诊断准确率为83.3%;MRI检出病灶32个,检出率为100.0%,诊断准确率为92.7%。结论:乳腺X线摄影检查直观、有效,是诊断乳腺癌的首选检查方法,结合MRI可提高诊断的灵敏度和特异度。
Objective: To investigate the comprehensive value of X-ray mammography and MRI in diagnosing the breast cancer. Methods: 30 cases of patients with breast cancer were enrolled, both mammography and MRI scan were performed, including tumor morphology, calcification, signal characteristics, enhanced mode and Si-time curve. The values of X-ray and MRI were evaluated. Results: 26 masses were found by X-ray mammogram, detection rate was 87.3% and accuracy rate of X-ray was 83.3%; 32 masses were detected by MRI, detection rate was 100.0% and accuracy rate of MRI was 92.7%. Conclusion: A direct and effective means to breast cancer should be based on X-ray. The molybdenum X-ray mammography is helpful in the diagnosis of breast cancer, the sensitivity and specificity combined with MRI are enhanced when compared to that of single modality
