有机磷农药中毒是急诊科常见的急危重症之一,病死率较高,救治难度大。必须采取及时、正确的抢救措施和积极的护理干预措施。护理人员在临床抢救治疗过程中要严密观察病情变化,配合医生使用各种治疗手段,提高抢救成功率。

Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is a common emergency department,one of acute critical illness,mortality high, treatment is difficult. Need to take timely and proper rescue measures and positive nursing interventions. Emergency nurses in the clinical course of treatment condition should be closely observed changes,with doctors using a variety of treatments to improve success rate of resuscitation.
