PIVAS护士发生配置错误的原因分析与预防措施

Analyzing the reason of PIVAS infusion configuration error and proposed preventive measures

目的:针对配置错误的原因,提出预防措施,防止药物配置错误,减少药物浪费,保证患者用药安全有效。方法:对PIVAS发生的86例输液配置错误作回顾性分析,分析护士错误配置的原因。结果:实施措施后,错误率由平均每月10例下降至平均每月7例。结论:加强人员培训,制订针对性措施,降低了差错率。

Objective： For the reason of configuration error, we proposed preventive measures to prevent drug configuration errors, reduce drug waste and to ensure patient safety and effectiveness of drugs. Methods： PIVAS configuration errors in 86 cases were analyzed retrospectively to analyze the reasons for the error configuration. Results： Implementation of the measures, error rate dropped from an average of 10 cases per month to an average of seven cases per month. Conclusion： By strengthen personnel training and development of specific measures, the error rate was reduced.
