摘要
和谐、良好的师生关系是师生在教育教学活动中的价值和生命意义的具体体现。文章在反思现有的学生观的基础上,提出构建和谐的师生关系,最根本的是教师应该尊重学生,平等与学生相处,建立起尊重与平等的学生观。教师应将尊重与平等教育思想切实体现到学生观和教育教学实践中。
Hamlonious teacher-student relationship holds the value and life significance for both teachers and students. This article puts forward the constnrction of harmonious relationship between teachers and students based on the reflection of rite present view on students. The establishment of harmonious teacher-student relationship depends heavily on the fact that teachers respect personality of students, and get on with students on an equal platform. Hence teachers should establish the respectful and equal views on students. Accordingly, the teachers are supposed to apply the theory of being respectful and equal to the practice of teaching.
