摘要
首先介绍了企业项目化管理概念,然后就企业项目化管理与运营管理的区别加以分析,提出对于业务工作以项目为主的输变电施工企业,应该实行项目化管理。最后基于ISO 9000的过程模式,构建了企业的项目化管理体系。
The concept of enterprise project management is introduced. The differences between enterprise project management and operational management are analyzed. It is proposed that electric transmission and construction enterprise with projects as their main jobs should implement the project management. Finally the paper establishes the project management system for electric transmission and construction enterprise based on the process approach model of ISO9000 Quality Management System.
