摘要
目的探讨β-羟丁酸在小儿饥饿性酮症诊断中的临床作用。方法采用酶速率法在HITACHI7170全自动生化分析仪上测定分为3组50例健康者,40例轻度腹泻患者,56例饥饿性酮症患者血清中β-羟丁酸含量。结果轻度腹泻组及饥饿性酮症组的β-羟丁酸含量均较健康对照组高,比较结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清中β-羟丁酸含量有助于小儿腹泻及饥饿性酮症的诊断作用。
Objective To study the beta-hydroxybutyric acid in hunger ketosis acidism of children.Methods Enzyme-rate method was used to determine the serum beta-hydroxybutyric acid in three groups,including 50 case of normal,40 case of infantile diarrhea and 56 case of hunger ketosis acidism of the infantile,by Hitachi 7170 autochemistry acid analyzer.Results Beta-hydroxybutyric acid of the infantile diarrhea and hunger ketosis acidism of the infantile was more than that of the normal group,and there is a significant difference among them（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Beta-hydroxybutyric acid can be used for the diagnosis of infantile diarrhea and hunger ketosis acidism of infantile.
