The Introduction of the Insurance Mechanism to Ensure the Safety Practice

参照我国现行法律法规,通过对实习生法律地位的界定分析,对校外实训实习中学生的安全问题进行分析,探讨在高职院校实习环节引入"保险"的必要性,提出通过建立由学生、学校、政府三方共同参与的强制性实习工伤保险基金,形成保障大学生实习安全的长效机制。

Reference to China＇s current laws and regulations, the safety of practice students and the necessity of introducing insurance into practice period were analyzed. The establishment of a coercive work injury insurance fund for practice by students, schools, employers and the government is provided to form a long effective mechanism for protecting the safety of students.
