高效薄层色谱扫描法测定烟草中的β-胡萝卜素

Determination of β carotene in Tobacco by High Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography(HPTLC) Scanning

用高效薄层色谱扫描法，以苯－丙酮（４∶１；ｖ／ｖ）为展开剂，检测波长４５０ｎｍ，参比波长５２０ｎｍ，建立了测定烟草中β－胡萝卜素的方法。线性范围０．０５～０．５μｇ。方法简便、灵敏、快速，重现性好。

This paper reports the HPTLC scanning determination of β carotene in tobacco .The developer is benzene acetone(4∶1;v/v).The detection wavelength is 450nm and the reference wavelength is 520nm.The linear range of the method is 0.05～0.5μg β carotene .The method is proved to be simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
