摘要
用高效薄层色谱扫描法,以苯-丙酮(4∶1;v/v)为展开剂,检测波长450nm,参比波长520nm,建立了测定烟草中β-胡萝卜素的方法。线性范围0.05~0.5μg。方法简便、灵敏、快速,重现性好。
This paper reports the HPTLC scanning determination of β carotene in tobacco .The developer is benzene acetone(4∶1;v/v).The detection wavelength is 450nm and the reference wavelength is 520nm.The linear range of the method is 0.05~0.5μg β carotene .The method is proved to be simple,sensitive,accurate and reproducible.
